The Answers to All Your Questions

1. How does this work? Our open play admission is $25 for two hour play. One child comes with 1 free adult. Additional adult is $10 each. All adults and kids must remove shoes and wear socks before entering.

6. Can we book a birthday party? OF COURSE! We have 3 party packages , JOLLY , SPARKLE and BUBBLE VIP! For JOLLY and SPARKLE packages you will enjoy a two hour party with 90 mins usage of our private party room. Open play area will be shared with walk-ins. Whereas for Bubble VIP package you will have the entire space just for you and your guest.

2. What are your schedule looks like? Our open play hours are usually 10am to 7pm but sometimes due to private event hours can vary. You can check out our open play schedule on our website or on our Instagram.

7. How do i sign up for a membership? We have unlimited monthly membership for $69.99 (Weekday unlimited, Holidays included) and $99.99 (Mon-Sun).

3. Can i stay longer than my 2 hour play time? The charge for 2 hours of play is $25.00. If you decide to stay for the full day, the total cost will be $40.00

8.Can i share my membership with a friend or sibling? Unlimited monthly memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the person(s) listed on the account. However our BUBBLE PACKAGE membership is shareable ! contact our store staff for more information

4. How old do you start to charging? 10 month and younger will be free of charge with a paid sibling. and 10 year and older will be consider as an adult.

5. Can i drop off child there? NO, a parent or guardian over the age of 18 is required to stay with children at all time. Our staff monitor the play areas, but children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all time.

9. What happen if i need to cancel my membership? Please inform us at least two weeks in advance of your desired cancellation date.

10. Are socks required? Yes! Both children and adults must remove their shoes and wear socks in the play area. If you forget to bring socks, we have them for purchase at the front desk. No bare feet allowed according to Department of Health regulations. Should you have any issues that prevents you from taking your shoes off, please ask one of our team memebrs for assistance.
